Role & responsibilities 1) Selling travel products: Create travel itineraries, packages and quotes. Sell tour packages to customers. Understanding customer travel needs Providing tailored holiday recommendations Keeping up with travel trends Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and documentation for clients. Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and client interactions. Utilise sales skills to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products to increase revenue. Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds 2) Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate rates and services. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly. Providing customer service: Provide personalised service to customers, over the phone. Follow up with customers to get feedback about their experience. 3) Managing bookings: Arrange hotel, flight, and other transportation bookings via contacting operations teams of HighonTrips partners to manage bookings and schedules.
