As an HR Manager at our project location in Surat, you will be responsible for various key aspects of human resource management. Your primary duties will include recruitment, training, professional development, performance appraisal, maintaining work culture, resolving conflicts, employee relations, and managing rewards and incentives. In this role, you will also be involved in organizational departmental planning, employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
