As a UI/UX Designer at Webgen Technologies, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for our digital products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the brand and user requirements, conduct thorough research, and develop UI and UX strategies aligned with our target goals. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining digital assets such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools like Sketch and Figma. In this role, you will need to leverage your skills in creating prototypes, wireframes, and site maps while focusing on user flow to deliver design solutions that meet customer and business needs. Your ability to ensure a visually appealing user interface and a seamless user experience across web applications and projects will be key. To excel in this position, you should possess a bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience in the digital domain. A strong portfolio showcasing your work on both web and mobile platforms is essential. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required, along with expertise in user flow, high/low-fidelity wireframing, and prototyping. As a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, you will work independently and in coordination with other team members to deliver exceptional design solutions. Your ability to conduct competitor research and solve problems through a user-centric approach will be highly valued in this role. If you are passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, possess the required qualifications such as a B-Tech, M-Tech, BCA, MCA, or a Diploma in Computer Science, and have 2-8 years of relevant experience, we invite you to join us on a full-time basis at Webgen Technologies.,
