You will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance systems using Golang, with a focus on strong computer science fundamentals (DSA) and high-level system architecture. Your key responsibilities will include architecting, developing, and maintaining backend services using Go, designing and implementing event-driven workflows, improving performance through caching strategies, optimizing SQL, managing PostgreSQL databases at scale, and creating high-level system design documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, mentor junior engineers, and participate in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and scalability planning. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of backend engineering experience, with a strong expertise in Go and frameworks like Gin, Echo, etc. You should have a demonstrated ability to solve complex CS problems using DSA, prior involvement in queue-based architectures and caching layers, a proven track record in system design and scalable infrastructure, and be a strong communicator and team player with leadership exposure.,
