HighJump WMS Support Analyst

As a HighJump WMS Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users for HighJump WMS modules and features. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and troubleshooting technical issues related to HighJump WMS functionality and performance. You will need to understand and analyze client business requirements to offer effective solutions tailored to logistics and supply chain needs. Additionally, you will develop and conduct end-user training programs to enhance user proficiency and maintain all documentation related to HighJump WMS processes, configurations, and procedures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems will be essential. You will also assist with testing and deployment of new releases and patches, while staying current on the latest HighJump WMS trends and developments. To excel in this role, you must have experience with Oracle Database 11g or higher, with a strong command of SQL and PL/SQL. Familiarity with Web Services, Alerts, PLLs, DFFs, and module-related APIs is crucial. Previous experience in HighJump WMS configuration and technical support is mandatory, along with possessing strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. In addition to the mandatory skills, having a strong technical understanding of database design and architecture will be beneficial. You should also be capable of creating and managing tables, views, procedures, constraints, and data relationships. Functional troubleshooting of Oracle EBS applications and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to enterprise application performance are considered good-to-have skills for this role.,
