As a Head of Medical Affairs (Cluster), you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing medical affairs activities across various therapy areas and regions. This senior leadership position, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, reports directly to the President and Chief Medical Officer. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 15-17 years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly focusing on Oncology, Orthopedics, Rheumatology, High-End Gastroenterology, and Metabolism. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing medical affairs strategies across multiple clusters and regions, ensuring compliance with internal and external medical regulations, offering scientific and clinical guidance in key therapy areas, representing the company in significant regulatory and scientific gatherings, designing innovative medico-marketing strategies to support commercial objectives, fostering relationships with key opinion leaders, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, as well as leading and mentoring a team of Medical Advisors while aligning medical strategies with business objectives.
