You should have an MBA or Post Graduate degree in Human Resource. It is desirable to have 5-7 years of experience in an HR role in a diverse sector/industry. Exposure to Workday HRIS is preferred. Your key responsibilities will include managing key processes in the Employee Life Cycle for FME India, such as Joining, Induction, Transfers, Probation confirmation, Exits, HR MIS, Rewards & Recognition, etc. You will also be responsible for initiating Background verification checks/process, completing pre-joining formalities, conducting new joiner onboarding and induction sessions, and issuing appointment letters and new joiner joining kits. Additionally, you will be required to maintain employees" personal files and process documentation in line with HR compliance framework, drive and close the employee probation and confirmation process, update and maintain HR MIS data, analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and provide support in Workday HRIS and local HRIS maintenance. Vendor Management, responding to employee queries, resolving employee issues, planning and executing R&R celebrations, organizing special events and festivals, contributing to HR projects and engagement initiatives, and ensuring HR compliance are also part of your responsibilities.
