As a Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for building a detailed cutover task list in project plan format, sequencing activities for various teams, establishing dependencies, and adding resources and durations to each task. Collaborating with business and technical members, you will create a cutover strategy and develop a roll-back strategy with Technical leads.
