High Performance DSP core Implementation Engineer, Staff

Role Overview: As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems. Your responsibilities will involve working on yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems to launch cutting-edge products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and ensure performance requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: - Work with multiple SOC Design teams to rollout robust Logic Synthesis, UPF synthesis, QoR optimization, and netlist Signoff flows - Provide implementation flows support and issue debugging services to SOC design teams across various sites - Develop and maintain 3rd party tool integration and product enhancement routines - Lead implementation flow development independently by coordinating with design teams and EDA vendors - Drive new tool evaluation and methodology refinement for PPA optimization Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience - Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience - PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience Additional Details: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to providing accessible processes for individuals with disabilities.
