📝 Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the site team, vendors, and the office team to ensure that work progresses as per design, quality, safety, and timeline standards. ⚡ Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules. Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors. Verify drawings, BOQs, and material requirements before execution. Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with design specifications. Maintain site documentation (daily progress reports, material in/out register, attendance). Ensure site safety and cleanliness at all times. Conduct site measurements and report deviations (if any). Highlight delays, challenges, or risks proactively to the Project Manager. Manage workers’ deployment and resolve site-level conflicts. Conduct quality checks before handing over completed work.
