The role involves engaging with interested prospects who have shown prior interest in our products or services and converting these qualified leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Engage with qualified leads and prospects who have expressed interest through various channels (website, ads, forms, etc.) Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions Provide clear and accurate information about product features, pricing, and benefits Drive conversions by building rapport and handling sales objections effectively Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Maintain and update lead information and sales activities in the CRM system Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics) to ensure smooth post-sale processing Gather feedback from prospects to support marketing and product development initiatives
