JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Business Development Executive Company: HI-TECH ELEX LLP Location: Pawane Navi Mumbai Salary: ₹25,000 and above (based on experience and current CTC) Performance Perks: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 annually (distributed quarterly) Experience: 1–2 years Qualification: B.E. in Electrical Engineering About the Company HI-TECH ELEX LLP, established in 2009, is a reputed name in the electrical industry, offering high-quality products and services including: Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of electrical products Authorized dealership for Siemens MV/HV/EHV switchgear products and numerical relays Authorized dealership for CGL HT Motors and Marathon Motors Licensed PWD contractor, executing EPC contracts for both private and government sectors 🔗 Visit us: www.hitechelex.com Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Business Development Executive with strong knowledge and experience in sales/business development of electrical products. Key Responsibilities Understand and interpret proposals, basic engineering, and project requirements for EPC and EPCM projects Analyze specifications of electrical equipment: LV, MV, HV switchgear, Transformers, DG Sets, etc. Prepare specifications and datasheets for electrical equipment Review and interpret single line diagrams (SLD) Prepare Material Requisition (MR) / Purchase Requisition (PR) for: MV Switchgear (AIS) LV Switchgear Numerical Relays LT/HT Motors Transformers Evaluate and review vendor offers and technical documents Conduct vendor drawing reviews for various LT/HT motor designs Work with R&D teams to develop and present customized solutions through demos and presentations Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth Candidate Requirements Strong technical understanding of LV/MV/HV/EHV switchgear and electrical systems Experience in business development or sales within the electrical domain Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to handle technical discussions and client requirements efficiently Contact Information 📧 Email: admin@hitechelex.com 🌐 Website: www.hitechelex.com
