About Hi5 Youth Foundation - Hi5 Youth Foundation is an energetic and professionally managed sports-oriented NGO, passionately dedicated to providing basketball coaching to underprivileged youth. At Hi5, we firmly believe that sports not only serve as a medium but also as a powerful platform for these children to develop essential life skills, enhance their performance, and foster strong aspirations for a brighter future. Currently, our team of 50+ coaches is successfully training over 4000 children across 8 states. Role Description Manage operations at assigned centres - Ensure smooth conduct of the program, Implement standard operating procedures, scheduling, coach allocation, recruitment, infrastructure, centre inventory management, relationship management with school staff & parents, etc. Mentor young coaches - Training of coaches on Hi5 Basketball SOP’s, conducting performance appraisals, etc. System compliance - Ensuring updated profile records for students in the system, overseeing student attendance of all batches, coach attendance, preparing monthly reports etc. Organize and oversee Hi5 events and holiday camps (about 2-3 events in a year) Weekly visits to assigned centers and other cities when required. Above all, enjoying the sport when children do an amazing job in tournaments. Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Social work or related field). 2-4 years of experience in an operations role is a must. Local travel to centres would be involved on day to day basis to oversee the program. Proficient in English - both written and oral communication. Knowing other languages will be a plus, but not mandatory. Inclination towards some sport is a must, Basketball background is a plus. Proficient in Word, Excel / Google sheets and PowerpointStrong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The English Second Language Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering English lessons.
