You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits.Recording and reconciliation of transactions which have occurred between entities of the same company, also Includes assuring that transactional relationships between the entities are in balance. Reconciling AR sub ledger balances and highlighting any debit balances. It provides details of reconciling against GL, Treasury open items, intercompany reconciliation and final summary of outstanding payments with discount earned and penalties paid. Must have 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting Must have at least 7-9 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Controllership role/position Must be able to lead a team of supervisors/team leads. Develop remediation plans for identified errors, including team training and work product reviews. Perform detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide insightful commentary on variances. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, conducting monthly meetings with the region to discuss issues and risk exposure comprehensively. Proactively identify and address issues raised by the reconciliation preparer, understand action plans for resolving reconciling items, and ensure timely and accurate resolution. Ensure daily operations meet contractual and operational KPIs, delivering services on time and with the required quality. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. Identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes and deliverables.
