Position: Formwork Design Engineer Location: Pune, Maharashtra Industry: Engineering & Construction Experience Level: Experienced (1 to 2 years) Preferred Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Roles and Responsibilities Design & Modulation Develop and optimize Aluform (Mivan/Aluminum Formwork) designs. BOQ & Costing Prepare Bills of Quantities for Aluform systems and material estimates. Fabrication Drawings Create and review Aluform-related fabrication & assembly drawings. Site Coordination Work with supervisors & PPC to ensure smooth Aluform installation . Team Collaboration Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and report progress to management. Additional Duties Support other Aluform-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is essential. Familiarity with other CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit) is a plus. Construction Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction principles, materials, and methods. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Preferred candidate profile Eligibility: This position is only for experienced professionals. Freshers or candidates with no professional experience are not eligible to apply.
