Role Overview The Admissions & Parent Relations Head is a strategic leadership position, responsible for driving enrollment growth, fostering parent partnerships, and ensuring exceptional front-office and parent experiences at the school. This individual will collaborate with cross-department teams to co-create and execute admissions strategy, oversee parent engagement, and enhance the school’s experience, while ensuring all compliance and data integrity standards are met. Key Responsibilities Admissions Strategy & Execution • Design and implement annual admissions plans aligned with school goals. • Lead the admissions team in conducting parent counseling sessions • Converting leads to successful enrollments. • Maintain accurate admissions databases and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements. • Organize parent orientation sessions for new admissions. Parent Relationship Management • Serve as the first point of contact for all parent grievances and queries. • Efficiently categorize, escalate, and resolve issues across academic, co-scholastic, medical, transport, books and uniform, canteen, safety, and logistics domains. • Counsel dissatisfied parents and handle transfer certificate (TC) requests, ensuring retention and positive closure. • Implement and analyze parent satisfaction surveys; report insights to leadership for continuous improvement. Front Desk & Team Operations • Develop (SOPs) for front desk staff responsibilities and conduct regular staff training. • Monitor arrival and dispersal processes to ensure student safety. • School Events & Cross-Department Coordination • Collaborate with all departments for smooth execution of school events, trips, zonal competitions, academic visits, and guest greetings. • Coordinate logistics and hospitality arrangements for guests and students during events and excursions. Profile Requirements • Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Education, Business, or equilivent or Minimum 1/2 years relevant experience in educational administration, sales, or parent relations. • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.
