Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Hermit Coffee in Gurgaon, Sector 30. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and engaging with customers to enhance their overall experience. Qualifications Barista and Food Preparation skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Customer Service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 6 months of experience on a Semi-Automatic machine Previous experience in a similar role is a plus A passion for coffee and knowledge of specialty coffee is desirable Location Sec-30 Gurgaon Remuneration Jr Barista Salary: 18k-20k in hand per month Sr Barista Salary: 21k-23k in hand per month
