The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable Tata vehicles, explaining product features, arranging test drives, and closing sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Tata vehicle models. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. Arrange and conduct test drives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tata Motors' product lineup, features, and current promotions. Follow up with leads and potential customers via phone, email, and messaging. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance. Prepare quotations, process documents, and assist with loan/insurance formalities. Maintain CRM records and daily reporting of activities. Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements : Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate (Any stream). Experience: 1–3 years in automobile sales or retail sales preferred. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first attitude. Basic knowledge of automobiles and market trends. Negotiation and convincing skills. Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is an advantage. Compensation : Salary and Hike (depending on experience) + attractive incentives.
