The rooms are nothing like 5-star standards; they’re very cheap, more like government guest houses. Not sure how this place is top-rated. Definitely not recommended — better to choose a well-known 5-star hotel instead.

lovely place. it's more of resort than a hotel. The name really makes sense and it is a heritage property. The lush greenery is something any one would love about . try the individual villa type rooms with private pool. worth every penny of Upgrade. food is okayish but no complaints

The staff have welcoming attitudes.The cleaning staff are excellent. I have a special word for the staff in the restaurant especially padma with her smile and masala tea.Monica is very attentive and caring.Veeramuthu is excellent.Food is tasty
