As part of our expansion into the US market, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a remote position with a 5-day workweek, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with potential US-based customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. * Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities. * Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Record all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies. * Deliver excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
