This internship provides a strong foundation in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code , while giving you real-world exposure to how cloud systems power modern applications. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud , ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. • Support the automation of deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform , improving deployment speed and accuracy. • Work on infrastructure as code (IaC) and helped manage configuration and provisioning through Terraform and CloudFormation templates. • Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and cloud costs , generating reports and dashboards for optimization insights. • Support cloud security management , including IAM roles, data encryption, access control policies , and routine audits for compliance. • Assist in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues , identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions under guidance from senior engineers. • Collaborate with DevOps, software, and IT teams to streamline deployments, improve uptime, and maintain reliable CI/CD processes. • Gain hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes , contributing to deployment scalability and service reliability. • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), deployment workflows , and created knowledge-based materials for internal use. • Proactively learned new cloud services and technologies , participating in team meetings, reviews, and training sessions to enhance technical skills. Position Title: HRBP Fellowship Associate | Program Duration: 6 - 8 Months (Full-Time Fellowship) Role Summary The HRBP Fellowship Associate will participate in a structured, project-based learning program designed to build foundational and intermediate HR Business Partner (HRBP) skills. Fellows will complete a series of hands-on HR projects, receive mentorship, and interact with business leaders to develop practical experience in core HR domains including onboarding, policy development, employee engagement, performance management, and HR analytics. key responsibilities Project Execution & Documentation • Complete assigned HRBP learning projects, such as onboarding checklists, leave/attendance tracking sheets, and employee handbooks, submitting project documents through the designated platform. • Design and implement employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans. • Assist in creating and refining performance management frameworks, including appraisal forms and feedback cycles. • Build HR data dashboards to monitor headcount, attrition, hiring, and diversity ratios, leveraging Excel or BI tools. Research & Process Design • Research HR best practices and apply findings within fellowship projects. • Propose improvements to onboarding, policy documentation, engagement, and performance systems. Analytical Reporting • Present findings and recommendations from surveys, dashboards, and other projects in team workshops or mentoring sessions. Stakeholder Collaboration • Collaborate with mentors, team members, and business leaders for project input and feedback. • Participate in peer reviews, project showcases, and learning activities.
