As a Senior Associate/Project Leader in Real-World Evidence (RWE) Analytics at Axtria, you will be a key player in transforming complex analytics into strategic recommendations for global healthcare companies. Your role will involve collaborating with a dynamic team of consultants, data experts, and healthcare innovators dedicated to tackling real-world healthcare challenges using advanced technologies like AI/ML and analytics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive health data analysis across patient charts, claims databases, and electronic hospital records to support real-world evidence and research and development initiatives - Develop and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights - Contribute to retrospective database analyses to support evidence generation for medical affairs, market access, and clinical development - Draft and review technical reports, abstracts, manuscripts, protocols, SAP, and presentations based on RWE findings - Collaborate cross-functionally to define research questions, study designs, and analytical approaches - Present complex analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner - Contribute to thought leadership through publications, conference presentations, and internal knowledge sharing - Ensure rigorous project management across timelines, budgets, and quality standards - Ability to deliver on projects involving new technologies like Causal Inference, Digital Twins, using Generative AI etc. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-8 years of global experience in RWE analytics, healthcare data science, or related fields within life sciences or consulting - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt analytical strategies to evolving business needs - Deep understanding of therapeutic areas and disease treatment pathways - Proven ability to lead projects independently and engage key stakeholders effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning (preferred) - Technical expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools; familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word As an Axtrian, you will be part of a passionate team that thrives in a culture of collaboration and learning.
