Conduct routine site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions, enforce safety standards, and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate risks. Conduct Onboarding sessions for the new joiners and vendors. Conducting HSE training for the workers who are engaged in their daily activities as per the training plan and achieve the target of attendance as per the requirement in HSE plan. Review the JHA for the activities. Audit the PTW system. Plan and coordinate for conducting the HSE performance meeting with the client representatives and prepare MOM and ensure timely closure of observations. Conducting physical hazard surveillance, maintaining a report, and implementing control measures if findings are captured. Coordinate and conduct mock drills and prepare reports and update the documents in the HSSE plan. Monitor and track incidents and lead incident investigations, prepare RCA reports, and ensure implementation of corrective actions. Lesson Learnings must be shared across the teams and updated the documents in the HSSE plans. Preparing HSE safety performance reports monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annually. Preparing deficiency reports and ensuring the closing of findings.
