Job Title: Logistics Executive Location: Azadpur Delhi Experience: 3+ Years (preferred in handling fleet/logistics operations) Salary: Competitive (with performance-based commissions) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Logistics Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet of 20+ trucks. The ideal candidate should be highly responsible, solution-oriented, and committed to growing alongside the company. This is not a desk-bound 9-to-5 job — we are looking for someone who can take full ownership of logistics operations and drive results with dedication and integrity. Key Responsibilities:Driver & Fleet Management: Coordinate and manage 20+ truck drivers efficiently. Ensure timely provision of diesel and other trip requirements. Oversee trip expense payments and handle en-route support. Trip Planning & Execution: Book company and outside vehicles as per trip requirements. Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery time. Ensure vehicles are tracked and monitored for timely delivery. Documentation & Compliance: Collect and deposit PODs (Proof of Delivery) on time. Ensure all vehicle bookings comply with company policies and legal requirements. Reporting & Communication: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports. Communicate effectively with drivers, transporters, and clients. Handle shortage, damage, and dispute issues calmly and professionally. Growth-Oriented Responsibility: Take complete responsibility of your role with a long-term growth mindset. Be available beyond standard office hours when needed — this role demands dedication. Earn additional commissions for successfully managing outside vehicle bookings under compliance. Skills & Qualities Required:Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and resolve on-ground challenges. Knowledge of routes, fuel management, and cost optimization. Experience in handling damage/shortage claims and transporter negotiations. Proficiency in Excel and basic logistics software is a plus.
