Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Navi Mumbai. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing customer communications, overseeing operations management, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and dispatching service requests, handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining service records. Qualifications Fresher or 1-2 Years of experience required Service Coordination and Operations Management skills Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in the electrical or power infrastructure industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field
