Job Description

Wanted Help Desk Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients through Digital Marketing & Telephonic conversation.
  • Technical Support to our clients: Attending calls from our clients and identify the software glitches and assist them to work on our platform efficiently.
  • Scheduling and providing demonstration of our software to clients.
  • Replying to email, support tickets and other assistance.

Qualification:

Any Degree / Diploma with Good knowledge in operating computers.

Freshers are also welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Shift:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
