Helpdesk Associate - ITIL

NTT DATA is looking for a Helpdesk Associate - ITIL to join the team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Helpdesk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes. You will record, update, and escalate support issues promptly, support IT onboarding activities, and collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance. Additionally, you will be involved in discovering new IT business tools, suggesting and implementing process and technology improvements, and willing to learn and grow in other IT business areas. The role requires excellent English written and verbal communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. You should be a great team player, comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts, week offs, and mandatory work from the office. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, bug-finding, and resolution capabilities, along with the ability to work independently within a diverse global team. Proficiency in IT software and hardware troubleshooting knowledge and skills (Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft Environment) is essential for this role.
