Help Desk Administrator

As a Helpdesk Administrator at Check Point, you will play a crucial role in providing internal front-facing support for company employees and related IT services. You are expected to be self-motivated, adaptable, and quick learning to handle various technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Providing technical support for users of Microsoft Windows-based systems, including desktop computers, laptops, and servers. - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems, software applications, and hardware devices. - Troubleshooting Active Directory and Exchange Server environments. - Addressing printer and scanner issues. - Conducting end-user training on Microsoft Windows products and services. - Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure. - Supporting Salesforce operations. - Communicating with employees through phone, email, and text in English. - Implementing policies, procedures, and technologies to proactively address service delivery challenges. - Adapting to additional responsibilities as per business requirements. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows system administration. - Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other Microsoft products and services. - Strong troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work in US time zone (night shift). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Quick learner with the aptitude to grasp new technologies promptly. - Familiarity with cloud computing technologies is advantageous. - Knowledge of Mac OS and Linux is a plus.,
