Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect with deep DevOps expertise to lead the cloud infrastructure planning and deployment for a global o9 supply chain platform rollout. The architect will serve as a strategic liaison between the clients IT organization and o9s DevOps team, ensuring robust, scalable, and future-proof infrastructure across cloud environments (Azure/AWS). This is a critical leadership role responsible for envisioning, planning, and implementing the infrastructure required for a multi-region, high-performance deployment involving data lakes, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Planning & Design : Design cloud-native architecture for o9 platform rollout, aligned with current and future business scalability needs. Size and allocate compute, storage, and networking resources across Azure and/or AWS environments. Plan for elasticity, availability, cost-efficiency, and disaster recovery. DevOps Integration & Implementation Collaborate closely with o9s DevOps team to deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Karpenter for cost-efficient auto scaling. Oversee Git-based CI/CD workflows for infrastructure provisioning and platform deployment. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks aligned with SRE best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a bridge between the clients enterprise IT team and o9s DevOps team, aligning platform requirements, security policies, and deployment timelines. Provide guidance on data storage strategies using DataLake/DeltaLake architectures in a supply chain analytics context. Scalability & Performance Management Ensure infrastructure supports high availability, low latency, and high throughput as per supply chain operations needs. Anticipate future growth and design cloud architecture that can scale horizontally and vertically as needed. Requirements Required Skills & Experience : 10+ years in Infrastructure Architecture / DevOps, ideally within CPG or large enterprise SaaS/Supply Chain platforms. Proven experience deploying and scaling platforms on Azure and/or AWS. Hands-on Expertise With Kubernetes and Karpenter Git-based CI/CD DataLake/DeltaLake architectures Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity and access management, and networking in cloud environments. Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, or similar). Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
