Kitchen Management: Manage overall kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen at all times. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations. Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise and lead junior chefs and other kitchen staff. Delegate tasks efficiently and provide training to maintain kitchen standards. Inventory & Sourcing: Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh and high-quality ingredients. Order ingredients and liaise with suppliers. Quality Control: Ensure the highest possible quality of food is produced. Conduct quality checks and ensure dishes meet restaurant standards.
