You will be working with a leading Gear Manufacturing company, where your responsibilities will include: - Executing a benchmark study by systematically searching, collecting, and recording competitor data with the goal of exceeding the best in class. - Conducting calculations for worm, bevel, and helical gear pair, shaft strength, bearing life with load spectrum. - Creating drawings including 3D concepts, detailed modeling, and production drawings using SolidWorks and uploading them into EPDM. - Developing casing 3D modeling for pattern feasibility, mold flow analysis, and providing support for part development. - Ensuring critical parameters are driven and validated in the test bench during assembly and testing. The ideal candidate should have knowledge in construction, windmill, material handling equipment, and e-mobility. Skills in planetary, helical, and bevel gearbox design are required along with a minimum of 10 years of experience. A qualification of B.E in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.,
