We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Executive Chef to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, lead and inspire the culinary team, and ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also play a key role in menu development, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute innovative menus while ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity in all dishes. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high performance and adherence to culinary standards. Monitor inventory levels; order and manage food and supply stock efficiently. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional taste and presentation standards. Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the kitchen according to health regulations. Control food costs, minimize waste, and manage portioning to optimize profitability. Collaborate with management on menu updates, special events, and seasonal offerings. Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained. Handle administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, performance evaluations, and training documentation. Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the kitchen is organized, clean, and ready for service. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, menu design, and kitchen operations. Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and genuine passion for creating exceptional cuisine. Culinary degree or certification preferred; additional training in food safety or management is a plus.
