✈️ We're Hiring: SB Author – Airbus Program (Airframe, Hydro Mech & Cargo) 📍 Location: Bangalore 📅 Experience Level: 5 - 8years 🕐 Job Type: Full-time We are looking for experienced SB Authors with expertise in creating and revising Service Bulletins (SBs) for the Airbus STD SB Airframe and Hydro Mech & Cargo domains across programs like WB, SA, LR, MB, and XWB. --- 🔧 Job Responsibilities Independently create and revise SBs in compliance with SBO requirements. Perform configuration analysis as per Airbus SB standards. Interpret technical data sources to carry out in-depth analysis. Use authoring tools such as SAMM DACAS, TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Airn@v, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, APS. Author using Arbortext or Epic Editor. Familiarity with S1000D, iSpec 2200, ASD-STE100 standards. Understand cold working SBs, aircraft zones, and access for task planning. Follow quality protocols and ensure RFT (Right First Time) and KPI targets. Collaborate with the customer for reviews, feedback, and technical queries. Perform root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why, 8D methods.
