Role & responsibilities Drive sales of solar inverters, installation kits, switchgears, and BOS components to EPCs, system integrators, and distributors. Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Provide technical and sales support to customers and internal teams. Stay updated with market trends, product knowledge, and competitor analysis. Collaborate with internal departments for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Preferred candidate profile In-depth knowledge of solar components (inverters, ACDB/DCDB, switchgears, BOS, etc.). Strong understanding of the solar EPC ecosystem and B2B sales dynamics.
