In this full-time on-site position based in Mangaluru, your primary responsibilities will include daily troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, conducting plumbing tasks, and ensuring that all systems meet EPA compliance standards. Your role will also involve diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems to optimize performance and energy efficiency, thereby contributing to the seamless operation of various HVAC systems, including VRF, ducted systems, chillers, and precision cooling for server rooms. To excel in this role, you should possess strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills, proficiency in plumbing, EPA certification, and a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Additionally, your knowledge of electricity and related safety protocols will be essential for the successful execution of your duties. Your ability to independently tackle challenges, coupled with your excellent problem-solving skills, will be key assets in this role.
