Requirement for MEP Engineer Experience: 1+Years Skill: HVAC, MEP, Chillers, Design Etc

Air Conditioning Systems Cleaning air filters, blower wheels, and indoor units. Checking refrigerant pressure and topping up if required. Inspecting electrical connections, sensors, and control panels. Refrigeration & Cold Storage Units Cleaning condenser & evaporator coils. Checking compressor health and oil levels. Ensuring temperature sensors and thermostats are accurate. Inspecting door seals to prevent energy loss. Ventilation & Air Quality Cleaning ducts and exhaust fans to prevent dust buildup. Checking fresh air intakes and exhaust dampers. Monitoring CO levels for adequate air quality.

Install new refrigeration systems in commercial properties. Upgrade systems to meet new safety standards and regulations. Read blueprints and manufacturer diagrams related to equipment. Perform repairs and maintenance to existing refrigeration systems. Communicate with clients about system operations. Understand basic plumbing and electrical concepts in relation to systems

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide solutions for HVAC systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to system performance or malfunctions. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field within the building material industry. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or related engineering field. Ideally 2+ years of relevant work experience. Knowledge in hydronic/water pumping systems for cooling/heating products Knowledge of electrical schematics and selection of components, Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid flow. Exposure to Data Center Industry, CDU’s and cooling products will be an added advantage. Experience in design and failure analysis tools such as DFMEA, DFM, RCCM etc. Ability to design components and assemblies using 3D CAD systems (i.e. SolidWorks). Knowledge of psychometric analysis and refrigeration a plus. Experience in NPI Stage Gate process and ERP system is a plus
