We are looking to hire for the below roles: Design Engineer (Electrical - Heating Solution) - Under the supervision of the Lead Designer, the Designer (Engineer) is responsible for performing engineering activities and providing technical support to the design and manufacturing of industrial control panels and heating equipment, including component selection and sizing, managing electrical product certifications, and maintaining product compliance based on updated codes and standards. Candidates with experience in Switchboard Design, Control Panel Design (LV & MV). Candidates with a degree in Electrical Engineering and minimum 2 years of experience can apply. Computer literate Advanced MS Office, AutoCAD Electrical skills • Working knowledge of CSA C22.2 No.14 and UL508A. • Familiar with CSA C22.1 and NFPA 70. • Familiar with AutoCAD Electrical. • Working knowledge of hazardous location certifications and standards, including CSA C22.2 No.30, UL/EN/IEC 60079-0 and 60079-1. • Familiar with ATEX and IECEx hazardous location electrical equipment certification and product requirements. • General knowledge with low voltage power control equipment, including step controller and SCR. • PLC programming experiences, particularly Automatic Direct and Alley Bradley Micro 800 series PLC, is an asset. • Ability and desire to learn with a positive attitude, experiences and examples of supervisors Design Engineer - (Mechanical - Heat Tracing) - Design of small to large projects or several small projects simultaneously • Teamwork - Interact with the other designers, Project Manager, to generate isometric drawings • Interaction with customer (internal or external) representative on technical issues • Create and review drawings using propreitary Thermon softwares or methodology • Prepare and review drawings for accuracy • Check and approve drawings prepared by other designers • Conduct site surveys to gather information required for heat tracing design (if necessary) • Be familiar with and adhere to Thermon procedures and guides related to quality and project execution • May require travelling to project site locations for field support during construction/commissioning • May require travelling to offshore locations Thermon offices, client/EPC/Consultant offices for short/long periods • Adhere to company's policies, procedures and standards • Responsible for communicating with the lead designer, the evolving requirements on the schedule, staffing and budget deviations upon discovery • Ability to work in 3D modeling environment's

We are looking to hire for the below role : Supervisor Engineering - Heat Trace 15+ year of Experience. Job Summary: Under general direction of Engineering Manager; provide first line supervision; ensure that all projects are being planned, scheduled, and tracked in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures; ensure that all projects are being evaluated against the established baseline for design scope Role & responsibilities: General administrative supervision of design and engineering personnel. Coordinating resource allocation requirements with Engineering Manager. Timesheet approval and authorization. Provide input to the Engineering Manager for performance reviews. Recommend disciplinary and corrective actions as required. As directed by the Engineering Manager, support in the mentoring of select personnel to promote growth and development. Ensure that each project has an established engineering budget for project cost, revenue, and gross margin. Follow established processes and procedures including Thermon Design Guide and Project Execution Guide. Work with the Project Leads to ensure that project progress reports are completed on time and that any issues are brought forth to the Engineering Manager Prepare and report forecast through the end of the project for resources required, document issue schedule, material requirements, inspection, delivery, equipment, cost, and revenue. In coordination with the Lead Designers, identify risks to the projects in terms of engineering staffing and evaluate mitigation options. Job Summary: In coordination with the Project Manager, responsible for the completion of the heat tracing systems per customer specifications to successfully ensure customer satisfaction and Thermon profitability. Communicate with the client on all technical matters and commercial matters. Manage the engineering hours on the project and effectively generate manpower requirements for the project for an efficient execution. Role & responsibilities Responsible for the review of all project specifications and documentation necessary to develop a thorough understanding of the scope of work. Responsible for developing the Project Design Criteria (if applicable). Responsible for communicating project requirements to the team members, along with expectations on quality, schedule or other restrictions of technical nature. Responsible to ensure that all team members follow the Quality Plan and take corrective actions where deficiencies occur. Responsible to lead all technical aspects of the project, including but not limited to project set-up, choice of technical tools to be used in the project, identifying the roles of the team members, appropriately allocating work within the team.
