Job title: Real Estate Sales Executive Company: Hearth Co Location: Project Site – Vatva / Narol / Lambha Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 Years in Real Estate or Sales (Freshers can apply) Job Profile: As a Real Estate Sales Executive at Hearth Co, you will be responsible for helping customers buy their dream property in our new project. Your main role is to talk to interested customers (leads), guide them about the project, invite them for a site visit, and help them take the next step towards booking. Key Responsibilities: Call and Follow Up with Leads: 2.Talk to potential buyers from our marketing leads. 3.Share project details and fix appointments for site visits. Site Visit Coordination: 2.Welcome customers at the site. 3.Give a proper tour of the sample flat/unit and explain all features. 4.Solve basic doubts and build trust with the customer. Project Presentation: 2.Explain the project location, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and offers. 3.Highlight key benefits of the project and area (Vatva/Narol/Lambha). Customer Follow-Up: 2.Regular follow-up calls and messages after the visit. 3.Keep the customer warm and support them in the decision-making process. Daily Reporting: Maintain customer data in Excel or CRM. Share daily work reports with the Manager (calls made, visits done, follow-ups taken). Booking Support: Coordinate during booking formalities. 3.Help the sales coordinator with required documents and payment follow-up. Who Can Apply: Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable talking on calls and meeting new people. Must be punctual, presentable, and eager to learn. Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus but not necessary. Local candidates from Ahmedabad preferred.
