Job Opening: Export Telesales Executive (International Markets) Location: Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir Job Type: Work-from-Home Salary: 15,000 25,000/month + Commission + Incentives Industry: Handicrafts / Textiles / Export-Ready Products Experience: 1–3 years preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Export Telesales Executive to join our growing international business team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with global buyers, qualify export leads, and convert them into paying customers. You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint through confident communication and result-oriented follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Call, message, and follow up with international buyers (via phone, WhatsApp, or email) Convert B2B leads from trade portals, Facebook ads, and other digital campaigns Explain product specs, MOQ, pricing, and coordinate sample shipments Maintain accurate records on CRM tools like Zoho or Excel Schedule virtual meetings between senior team members and hot prospects Collaborate with the logistics team for timely order dispatch and documentation Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English communication Confident and polite telephone manner Experience in telesales , customer support , or B2B lead conversion Basic understanding of exports, Incoterms, MOQ, HS Codes (preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent attitude Incentives: Performance-based commission on successful sales Bonus on achieving monthly export order targets Flexible work hours (after training period) How to Apply: Send your CV to: Email: contact.apstara@gmail.com
