Profile Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will work as a Group Telesales Executive , responsible for handling lead calling, customer inquiries, and sales conversions across all three brands.This role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and comfort in managing multi-brand sales processes. Key Responsibilities · Call potential and existing customers to explain products/services and convert leads into sales. · Handle website and ad-based leads (chat, web orders, abandoned carts, etc.) · Enter and manage sales orders accurately on the website. · Maintain daily sales and call reports in Excel . · Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business. · Address customer queries and provide suitable solutions. · Share product/service details and offers clearly with customers. · Manage appointments, tele inquiries, and walk-ins . · Keep client data updated in both system and physical records. · Support basic operational and administrative tasks (calls, emails, coordination). · Coordinate with internal teams for smooth centre and sales operations. · Monitor basic stock/inventory needs and report shortages. · Follow company policies and ensure customer satisfaction at every step. Qualifications & Skills Required · Graduate in any discipline. · Min 2-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or operations. · Strong communication in Hindi & English . · Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools. · Tech-savvy, organized, and target-oriented. · Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or FMCG preferred.
