We’re Hiring: Operational executive at Healthy Cart. Are you an experienced Operational Executive professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and growing organization? Healthy Cart is seeking a motivated Operational Executive to join our team and help us foster a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, labs, and pharmacies. • Onboard doctors for online video consultations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners. • Achieve monthly targets for partner acquisition and revenue growth. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients. • Promote Healthycart’s services and explain value propositions to partners. • Support marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities. • Report daily/weekly progress to management. Qualifications • 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (Healthcare background is a plus). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build lasting professional relationships. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally. • Basic knowledge of healthcare services (labs, pharmacy, hospitals).
