Home chef who can cook non vegetarian food such as soups, salads, roasts, fish , eggs, pasta and continental foods in a very well equipped home kitchen. Who can follow recipes provided in English. can use an oven, hob, microwave and knows how to plate food, store it well. Works fast and efficiently. Knows which serveware is used with the right food Leaves a clean kitchen when finished. Timings are flexible. Early mornings and evenings or early morning to afternoon shift. Understands food safety, is extremely sanitised, wears a food cap and washes hands and all materials before use. Knows the following Cut fruit and vegetables attractively and correctly Plate food well Makes eggs folded omlet, akuri, poached eggs, porridge, dosa, avocado toast, salsa, guacamole Makes good salads with light dressing or can follow recipes provided Roast meats, searing fish or shellfish, pork Can make noodle and pasta bbased preparations Can operate a coffee machine and set a breakfast and dinner tray appropriately. Cook is most often for 1-2 persons only but sometimes may twice a month for 4 persons. Is quiet, no cellphone ringing constantly, respects privacy.
