Role Overview As an Intern in the Partner Coordination team, you will play a key commercial role in driving patient acquisition through our international partner network. You will be directly responsible for partner engagement, converting patient leads, and generating revenue by assisting our partner companies (mainly travel agents) to send patients to top hospitals across key destinations. Performance will be measured on revenue generation , and high-performing interns will be eligible for attractive incentives and bonuses based on conversion success and sales targets. Key Responsibilities Partner Communication: Make outbound calls to travel agents, referral companies, and partner organizations across key markets (Middle East, Africa, South Asia, CIS, Europe). Medical Tourism Facilitation: Educate and guide partners on medical treatment options in India, Thailand, UAE, UK, Turkey, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Revenue Generation: Actively convert patient leads into confirmed bookings, contributing directly to company revenue goals. Lead Conversion: Support partners in presenting treatment packages, understanding hospital strengths, and closing deals with patients. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partner organizations, ensuring high responsiveness and follow-up. Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate call logs and CRM entries, track conversions, and report on market insights. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Healthtrip’s hospital, patient care, and operations teams to ensure smooth patient journeys. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong spoken English; knowledge of other languages (Arabic, French, Russian) is an advantage. Excellent communication and persuasive skills, especially on calls. Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and revenue goals . Basic understanding of healthcare or international medical tourism preferred.
