They must have a flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to work and be able to proactively deliver results.The right candidate will be a HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with a BSc in Physiotherapy. You will be expected to maintain your own electronic patient records (SystmOne), actively participate in clinical teaching and in-service training sessions, deliver a high standard of patient-centred clinical care, possess a friendly and approachable attitude and apply outstanding team-working, communication and organisational skills to your daily practice. Main duties of the job: To assess, diagnose, plan and implement therapy programmes from a clinical options for an individual caseload. To participate in the discharge planning process. To plan and organise activity with appropriate time scheduling in order to complete all clinical andadministrative duties including statistical record keeping. To be responsible for the correct and safe use of the physical environment including equipment and to be responsible for the allocation of these resources. An MSc in Physiotherapy is a distinct advantage.To succeed you must have excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to delivering first class MSK services. We have a mix of skills within this team with Senior Physiotherapists and experienced Advanced Practice Physiotherapists who can support you.
