Role Overview: The Regional Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building distribution networks, and ensuring brand visibility for our Normal Aata in the assigned region. This role is a mix of strategy, execution, and team leadership with a focus on volume growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent growth. Develop and strengthen distribution channels – distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and stockists. Manage local trade marketing, activations & promotions to boost brand visibility. Build strong relationships with regional trade partners and key stakeholders. Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to gain market share. Lead and guide regional sales teams for on-ground execution. What We’re Looking For: 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG (Aata/Grains/Staples preferred). Strong knowledge of regional markets, trade dynamics & distribution network. Ability to achieve volume-based sales growth in competitive categories.
