Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary domain liaison between our development team and the clients business team.
Lead requirement-gathering sessions, clarify business needs, and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
Provide domain thought leadership during client discussions

Domain Expertise & Opportunity Identification

Understand, analyze, and map current processes related to
subrogation, cost containment, claims review, overpayment recovery, coordination of benefits (COB), compliance
, etc
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product enhancement.
Evaluate client pain points and emerging industry trends to propose innovative solutions and value-add initiatives.

Requirements Analysis & Solutioning

Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately documented and implemented.
Review deliverables to ensure solutions meet domain expectations and regulatory guidelines.
Support development teams with domain clarifications.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience
in healthcare insurance, specifically in
subrogation, cost containment, claims management, or payment integrity
.
Hands-on experience working with payer/TPA systems, legal recovery processes, data validation, or audit frameworks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience participating in or driving business discovery, requirements elicitation, and process optimization.
