Job Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished Healthcare Interoperability Capability Lead with 15+ years of experience in healthcare technology and at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
The candidate will define and drive the Interoperability Center of Excellence (COE) strategy, lead enterprise-wide interoperability initiatives, and oversee the design of secure, scalable solutions using FHIR, HL7, X12/EDI, SNOMED CT, LOINC, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and US Cures Act
The role requires expertise in payer and provider interoperability, cloud-based healthcare platforms (Azure Health Data Services/AWS HealthLake /Google Cloud Healthcare API), and building high-performance teams
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical execution are essential
Immediate joiners preferred for the Chennai location
