ready prototype
and are gearing up to launch a
2-Month Hospital Audit Program
across multiple hospitals a key step toward our vision to
2x hospital revenues in one year
while improving patient and operational outcomes.
Role Overview
As a
Healthcare Innovation Officer
, you will play a key role in designing, testing, and scaling innovative healthcare models that combine clinical excellence, business strategy, and technology. You'll work at the intersection of
healthcare management, wellness innovation, and strategic growth
helping hospitals transition from traditional care systems to modern, integrated healthcare ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hospitals to pilot test NPPD Care's 2-Month Audit Program, focusing on operational, financial, and wellness parameters.
- Identify and design new service models, process improvements, and technology integrations that drive hospital revenue and efficiency.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop hospital innovation roadmaps, measurable KPIs, and post-audit action frameworks.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging healthcare trends and innovation opportunities.
- Partner with consultants, healthcare professionals, and business experts to align hospital solutions with real-world needs.
- Contribute to investor presentations, case studies, and reports demonstrating measurable outcomes and scalability.
Requirements
- Background in Healthcare Management, Operations, Hospital Administration, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows, patient journey mapping, and service design.
- Ability to analyze and translate hospital data into actionable business insights.
- Experience or interest in healthcare innovation, wellness integration, or hospital consulting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Equity Structure
The equity setup begins with
34 rounds of discussions
to define your ownership areas, followed by a
1-month NDA-based cohort
for alignment.After successful completion, a
Cofounder Agreement
is executed. Equity is allotted post
funding and Pvt. Ltd. registration
, with a
5-year vesting period
.Compensation begins only after funding as we're building a
25+ member founding team purely on equity.
