Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the medical furniture sector. Assist in lead generation, cold calling, customer visits, and client engagement activities. Learn and understand product features, pricing, and customer needs to effectively pitch solutions. Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups through CRM tools or assigned systems. Travel with senior sales personnel for on-site meetings, demonstrations, and installations. Work at the ground level, interacting with clients and hospital decision-makers. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and after-sales support. Prepare and present basic sales reports and customer feedback summaries. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business development or healthcare marketing are welcome to apply. Internships in healthcare, medical equipment, or hospital sales will be considered an added advantage. Strong interest in sales and business development in the healthcare/medical devices industry. Basic understanding of medical furniture or healthcare infrastructure products is a plus.

Role & responsibilities Drive sales and business development of medical furniture products across assigned states. Work aggressively on the field, meeting clients, conducting demos, and understanding market dynamics. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans aligned with overall business goals. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback. Establish strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers, and decision-makers. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met regionally. Lead ground-level execution and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales support. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare or medical equipment industry. In-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and hospital procurement processes. A go-getter with strong field orientation and a hands-on approach to sales.
