Job description

Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goals.
• Process Payment Posting transactions with an accuracy rate of 99% or more.• Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time.• Actively participate in the companys learning and compliance initiatives.• Apply your knowledge of medical billing to report performance on customer KPIs.• Adhere to MBWs information security guidelines.• Be in the centre of ethical behaviour and never on the sidelines

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary responsibility of a Sr. Associate would be achieving daily KRAs assigned to him / her not limited to following

Quality Complete production with minimal deviation or
TOS Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system.

Note Preference will be provided to candidates who can join immediately and/or candidates who have minimal notice period.
